This is a conversation I am so pleased to bring you.
One of the first people I came across when Shivambu started to be found on the Interwebs – Brother Sage. His work and personal generosity have helped me in my journey with Shivambu. This is the first time having him on, and I look forward to more conversations! Thank you Brother Sage.
Returning to the channel is Ana Seahawk (Joanne Humphreys) whom many of you know well from the last two years here with me. I’m so pleased to welcome her here again.

In this conversation, the three of us dive into something many in this space have been curious about: nebulizing Shivambu. Brother Sage and Ana Seahawk both bring a depth of lived experience to nebulizing. We discuss what this practice is, why it’s being explored, and what has been observed along the way. The discussion includes how nebulizers work, different ways people have approached this, and the kinds of responses that can arise when Shivambu is introduced through the respiratory system. We emphasize curiosity, self-awareness, and allowing the body to guide the pace.
This is a shared conversation rather than a set of instructions, offered for informational and exploratory purposes. Throughout the focus is the broader Shivambu journey including intuition, consistency, and the evolving relationship with the body over time. Toward the end, we share a bit about what we’ve learned over the years with fasting/cleansing/detox and Shivambu. It’s truly amazing how Shivambu has been experienced in the context of nourishment, hydration, and simplifying one’s relationship with food.
