This chapter has defined urine ingestion as the direct reentry of the body’s own processed material into its primary pathways of absorption and circulation. Within the framework established throughout this work, this act is not an anomaly, but a completion of the cycle. What is filtered from the blood is not discarded in absolute terms, but retained as a potential resource, capable of being reintroduced in measured and structured form.

Preparation establishes the necessary conditions for this reentry. The alignment of timing, bodily state, and mental orientation ensures that ingestion begins within a receptive system. By selecting appropriate portions, maintaining cleanliness, and introducing the substance gradually, the process is initiated without disruption. This stage reflects the broader principle that all effective engagement with the body’s systems begins with alignment rather than force.

The method of ingestion provides structure to the act itself. Through small, controlled intake, progressive adaptation, and continuity of motion, the substance is introduced in a manner consistent with the body’s natural processes. I now choose to only drink my urine and clean spring water or super filtered water for fluids. I chose to maximization the beneficial effects of the looping, every day.

8 AM - 8 oz glass of filtered or spring water consumed.
9 AM - Second Loop - Full urine capture, loop what can be consumed in one breath. Excess stored.
11 AM - Chocolate and fruit breakfast
12:30 Noon - Full urine capture, loop what can be consumed in one breath. Excess stored.
3 PM - Full urine capture, loop what can be consumed in one breath. Excess stored.
4 PM - Vegetable based full meal.
9 PM - Full urine capture, loop what can be consumed in one breath. Excess stored.
10 PM - Before Bed - last none consumed - all stored.

As you may see from the above, I maximize my capture and looping, to give my body all the nutrients and more that it needs to heal, detox and perform at peak capacity. This choice has paid off in dividends of excellent health. Our body produces millions of compounds a day, and knows how to use them, whether we can intellectually explain how it works or not. The arrogance of science, is claiming that unless a scientist, who performed some study, made a claim then the claim is unproven. Our Body works everyday, to do what we need to experience great health, if we get out of the way. This system works, how it works, is the debating of how miracles are performed. We do not need to consciously breath, our body does it for us, we do not need to consciously sweat, our body does it for us, we do not direct digestions, our body does that for us.
