I am running a Q&A segment SERIES for an upcoming potential episodes of My Fountain of Youth Shivambu Podcast, and I want to answer your questions.
To keep the episode sharp and highly focused, I am asking for submissions that follow two strict rules:

1. Keep it succinct: Get straight to the point.
2. No compound questions Focus on 'one' single mechanism, idea, or problem. If a question has an "and," a "meanwhile," or multiple question marks, split it up or narrow it down.
